TradeSmart Connect is Farrow’s secure information portal which provides unparalleled visibility to your U.S. and/or Canada import data with real-time shipment tracking capabilities across a comprehensive range of transportation modes (Air, Sea, Rail, and Road), the ability to run reports on-demand, and enables storage and access to electronic copies of all your shipment related documents.

Recognizing a client need for both visibility and empowerment in the area of trade activity management, Farrow engaged clients from a wide range of industries to participate in a client advisory board to better understand the need, and identify how it could best be addressed.

This collaborative forum shared feedback, challenges, and improvement suggestions, enabling Farrow to incorporate direct-client input and cross-industry insights into its product development.

The result? An industry-leading solution, TradeSmart Connect, that exceeds common client needs while remaining adaptable to industry-specific requirements such as ongoing regulatory changes.

Farrow Tracker Mobile App

Get PARS or PAPS Information On the Go with the Farrow Tracker Mobile App

Get real-time PARS and PAPS updates right from your phone, and track your cross-border shipments instantly. By downloading this one app, carriers can see their northbound or southbound shipments, and register to receive alerts as notices are sent. This app also provides the ability to monitor release for hot shipments remotely, in order to keep up-to-date.

Farrow Shipment Tracking:

Carriers carrying loads cleared by Farrow can check their shipment status from the comfort of their cabs through a user-friendly mobile app. Both PARS (Canadian imports) or PAPS (U.S. imports) shipment notifications allow users to track shipments in both directions across the Canada-U.S. border.

This app was collaboratively designed and developed by business partners and Farrow’s IT professionals to ensure user needs were met.

Key Features:

Barcode Scanning: Scan your shipment documents with your phone camera, and the tracking details will be auto filled
Request Specific Updates: Choose when you want to be notified, based on the multiple stages of a transaction (e.g. when PARS “accepted” or PARS “released”)
Select Preferred Communication: Choose to receive notifications either by voicemail or email
