LINDA DYNES
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CANADIAN OPERATIONS
Linda Dynes has held several leadership roles since joining the organization in 2008. She is currently responsible for various departments including Customs Brokerage, Trade Consulting, and Client Partnering.
Linda’s prior experience in the industry includes 23 years at PBB Global Logistics, (later acquired by Livingston International).
KRISTIN RENAUD
VICE PRESIDENT, CANADIAN BROKERAGE OPERATIONS
Kristin Renaud started her career at the company in 1994 and has held multiple roles, initially in Trade Compliance and then in Brokerage Operations. Her roles have included Manager of the Trade Compliance team and Director of Brokerage Operations.Â
Kristin holds designations as a Canada and U.S. Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS), and is also a licensed Customs Broker. With a 30+ year tenure at Farrow, Kristin’s career progression has brought success with each new challenge and her growth within the company.Â
CHRISTINA BEWES
VICE PRESIDENT, TRADE CONSULTING, NORTH AMERICA
Christina Bewes started her career in the industry in 1992 as a Runner for Trade Show events at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in downtown Toronto, which was intended to be a summer job. With the combination of compliance and regulatory work mixed with high energy and excitement, Christina fell in love with the industry.Â
Holding previous positions with Livingston International, Icecorp, and FedEx, Christina was responsible for Customs Brokerage activity, Freight Forwarding, regulatory compliance, and management of field offices in the southern Ontario region. Joining Farrow in 2017, Christina is responsible for liaison with government agencies, such as the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and industry groups, consulting with clients to ensure compliance. Christina is a Certified Customs Specialist in both the United States and Canada, and is a member of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA).
DAVID SHAW
DIRECTOR, CANADIAN BROKERAGE OPERATIONS (Central/East)
David Shaw began his career at Farrow in 2021 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Perth, Western Australia and spending a year studying abroad in Canada. David is a Certified Customs Specialist with the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB), a designation he has held since 2014, and with over 12 years of Customs industry experience, David has a wealth of experience to draw from. David’s educational and professional background give him a unique and valuable perspective on the industry.
LESLEE RELF
DIRECTOR, CANADIAN BROKERAGE OPERATIONS (West/Central)
Leslee Relf brings more than 25 years of industry leadership experience spanning Brokerage Operations, Freight Forwarding, Cross Border Logistics, and Customs Compliance.
Leslee began her career in 2001 as an RMD & Release Clerk, continuing to grow her expertise in 2008 at DHL Global Forwarding, taking on Senior Rater and Quality Control roles. In 2013, Leslee moved into operations leadership with Farrow, where she further developed her operational and strategic capabilities. After serving as Vice President of Operations at Calvary Logistics, Leslee returned to Farrow in 2020 and has since progressed through senior leadership roles, culminating to her appointment as Director in 2025. Holding dual CCS designations (Canada and U.S.) and CBSA Licensed Customs Broker credentials, Leslee pairs deep technical knowledge of customs regulations and compliance with an execution driven approach to operational performance.
TARYN ADDISON
VICE PRESIDENT, CANADIAN BROKERAGE OPERATIONS

Taryn Addison has held several leadership roles since joining the organization in 2018. With over ten years of experience managing operational teams across both Canada and the United States, Taryn’s leadership focuses on operational excellence and client experience.
With previous experience managing both sales teams and cross-border logistics, international freight forwarding, and warehousing operations, Taryn’s professional background provides her with a unique perspective on major account management and executing SOP deliverables.
HARVEY VAYS
DIRECTOR, TRADE CONSULTING
Harvey Vays joined the company in October 2017. With over 15 years of experience in the Customs Consulting niche, Harvey has successfully progressed in multiple roles within Farrow’s Trade Consulting team. He is responsible for overseeing all projects within the Consulting department, which continues to see year-over-year increases in revenues, resulting in record numbers for the team and company. Harvey’s education includes Seneca College’s International Transportation & Customs program, the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) Certified Customs Specialist program, and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Professional designation, making him a seasoned professional with a wealth of expertise in the Trade Consulting industry.Â
