Farrow to be Acquired by Kuehne+Nagel
Windsor, ON, November 28, 2023 – Farrow, one of the largest private and family-owned customs brokerage, trade consulting, and logistical services providers in North America, announced today that the company is to be acquired by Kuehne+Nagel Group (Kuehne+Nagel), one of the world’s leading logistics providers. The deal highlights Farrow’s industry-wide reputation, as well as its strength in cross-border customs brokerage, trade consulting, and logistical services capabilities.
Completion of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2024, as the acquisition is subject to approval from applicable regulatory authorities. Farrow’s company name, leadership team, and colleagues will remain intact under the leadership of Rick Farrow, Chairman.
