Conclusion of normal value review: Mattresses (MAT 2024 UP1) – As the CBSA did not receive a response to the subsidy RFI, the amount for subsidy for Foshan EON will be determined pursuant to the ministerial specification, under subsection 30.4(2) of SIMA. The countervailing duty will be equal to 178.61 RMB per unit.

Conclusion of normal value review: Mattresses (MAT 2024 UP2) – As the CBSA did not receive a response to the dumping RFI, the normal values for subject goods exported to Canada by Zinus Xiamen will be determined pursuant to the ministerial specification, under section 29 of SIMA, by advancing the export price of the goods by 146.6%.
