CFIA Catastrophic Mainframe Outage

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has advised the CSCB that they have experienced a catastrophic mainframe outage, with all systems affected.  The CFIA has identified a path to resolution and anticipates a full recovery within a few hours.
