Justin Trudeau announces retaliatory measures with a 25% tariff on a raft of U.S. imports just hours after President Trump ordered 25% tariffs on Canadian and Mexican imports, 10% tariff on all energy imports from Canada, and 10% on goods from China – all of which come into effect on Tuesday, February 4.
