Accessibility Policy

Accessibility: Farrow recognizes the diverse needs of all our customers and is committed to providing goods and services in a manner that is accessible to everyone.  We will provide these services with respect, dignity, integration, and equal opportunity, meeting the applicable legislative requirements for preventing and removing barriers.

Statement of Commitment: Farrow is committed to ensuring our policies, practices and procedures for the provision of its services are consistent with the legislation in the locations in which we do business to effectively provide services to individuals with disabilities.

Farrow is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We support integration and equal opportunity for all people. We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements under the AODA and the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service and Integrated Accessibility Standards.

Communication: Farrow is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities.  We will consult with people with disabilities to determine their information and communication needs.

Assistive Devices: Customers are welcome to use personal assistive devices to access our office locations and/or services.

Support Persons or Animals: We welcome the use of support persons and service animals in all areas that are open to the public.

Notice of Temporary Disruption: Notice will be provided on our website and at the relevant office location when there are service disruptions that could affect people with disabilities.

Staff Training: Our staff has been trained and is ready to meet the needs of all our customers. Additional training to all employees shall be provided when changes to these policies, practices and procedures occur. Please let us know how we can be of service.

Employment: Farrow provides accommodation at all stages of the recruitment process and ensures that all applicants are aware that accommodations will be available upon request.
