CARM Delegation of Authority – MUSH Accounts
The CBSA is aware of the issues concerning the delegations of authority required when dealing with MUSH (Municipal-University-School-Hospital), where there may be multiple BN15 RM accounts associated with one single BN9, and where dozens of customs brokers may be involved with each RM account. This would also apply to charities and embassies.
The CBSA is working on a strategy and communication to deal with the different entities. If you are having difficulty getting delegation of authority for one of these accounts you can contact CBSA.CARM_Engagement-Engagement_de_la_GCRA.ASFC@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca
