Farrow Announces Acquisition of Canadian-Based Link+ Corporation

Russell A. Farrow Limited (Farrow) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Link+ Corporation (Link+), effective May 12, 2023.  This acquisition is Farrow’s fourth in the last three years and will afford Farrow further operational scale and client base, and provide Link+ with increased market coverage and additional tools and resources offered by a larger organization.

Headquartered in London, Ontario, with additional Ontario locations in Cambridge and Cornwall, Link+ Corporation began as a Canadian customs broker over 45 years ago managing customs clearances.  Formerly owned by John Paczkowski, the company has expanded its service offerings to include international air and ocean forwarding, cross-border third party logistics, and a consolidated courier and LTL program called Link Xpress. Link+ prides itself on providing customs and logistics white glove services.

Grant Robinson, Chief Executive Officer at Farrow, shared “Link+ is a company that prides itself on being a customs broker of great reputation, skill, and customer centricity, headquartered in London, Ontario.  We at Farrow are excited to welcome Link+ employees and clients to the Farrow family.”

Looking to expand its business, Farrow saw this opportunity to acquire Link+ as one that would mutually benefit both Companies – particularly because Link+ is a great cultural fit that will complement Farrow’s business.  Farrow and Link+ share common core values around client centricity and genuine care for employees, and Farrow plans to grow this business further.

Link+ will continue as a standalone Company for the foreseeable future, and current company operations and staff at Link+ will continue to operate as-is.  John Paczkowski will continue on as President of Link+ – reporting to Grant Robinson – and the Link+ leadership team will remain in place. This is an exciting development for Link+ that will be of long-term benefit and stability to its staff and clients.
