It is only natural that Customer Satisfaction is imbedded as a crucial component of the Quality Management System at Farrow. We are continually taking the pulse of our clients, both informally, through Quarterly Business Reviews, and formally, through formal surveys, focus groups, and client events.

In our last Customer Satisfaction Survey our client respondents indicated;

  • 89% are extremely satisfied with our company as a whole
  • 80% are likely to recommend Farrow company to others
  • 86% said they received prompt responses to questions being addressed within the same business day (almost 60% within an hour)
