Customer Satisfaction – Winter 2021 Survey

Farrow has lasted the test of time. With over 100 years of experience, we have seen other companies in our industry come and go. We attribute this success to one main factor: how we partner with our clients. Your success and satisfaction is our number one. Unlike others who will not bend on their services, we meet you where you need us to.

Our Client Partnering colleagues will take the time to understand your business, your challenges and potential opportunities, to provide a solution that is right for you. We will help guide you, meeting regularly, to ensure we are exceeding your expectations and always looking for ways to improve.

It is only natural that Customer Satisfaction is imbedded as a crucial component of the Quality Management System at Farrow. We are continually taking the pulse of our clients, both informally, through Quarterly Business Reviews, and formally, through formal surveys, focus groups, and client events.

In our Winter 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey our client respondents indicated;

  • 88% are extremely satisfied or somewhat satisfied with our company as a whole
  • 89% are likely or somewhat likely to recommend Farrow company to others
  • 86% said they received prompt responses to questions being addressed within the same business day

We donated on your behalf

Farrow donated $250 to three charities, $750 in total, which were chosen by three randomly selected survey participants. Below are the three chosen charities:
