For the second consecutive year, Farrow has received Toyota’s Kaizen Excellence Award. Rick Farrow, Chairman and CEO (pictured above center holding the award), along with Linda Dynes, Vice President, Canadian Brokerage Operations, attended this year’s Toyota Partners meeting where they received the award.
Farrow received this award for initiating a sweep process that occurs on a weekly basis, allowing for better management of the workload.
The company also received an Honourable Mention for helping resolve imports issues and setting up a Standard Operating Procedure to better manage the export and temporary import processes.
Randy Motley mentioned in a communique to employees that “Once again we have been recognized for our focus on “Adding Value” and delivering “Peace of Mind”.
