The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value and export price review of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) exported from the Republic of Korea to Canada by Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel).

The review follows requests for re‑determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) injury finding issued on January 4, 2018, respecting the dumping of line pipe from the Republic of Korea, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this normal value and export price review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
