ISF Portal Retirement
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is working towards retirement of the ISF Portal contained in the ACE Portal. Starting on May 14th, when attempting to access the ISF Portal application using the “Launch ISF”, a notification will be provided containing information related to this retirement including the prior Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) notification regarding the ISF Reports migration to ACE Reports and information on how to submit an ISF. Any parties that utilize the ACE Portal to file their ISF will be directed to a listing of trade partners that can assist them to file through an EDI application to CBP. On June 6th, 2022, the ISF section, including the “Launch ISF” link will be completely removed from the ACE Portal user interface.
