Since mid-March when this pandemic struck, we can all agree that our world has changed. My updates have been focused on sharing how we are working on your behalf to maintain and meet your supply chain needs.
As we adjust to our new normal, I want to take a moment to say thank you to you, our valued clients, for your loyalty to Farrow even in the most challenging of times. We realize that this is not business-as-usual, and your continued support means a great deal to everyone at Farrow. Thank you.
To maintain business continuity for you during these times, Farrow has taken the following steps:
- For the protection of our employees, all who are able to work remotely are doing so, and we have plans for further work remote options should local medical situations make this necessary.
- Communications with employees have stressed the need for social distancing while at work, enroute, or during breaks and lunch.
- For our warehouses and employees not normally associated with remote work, enhanced cleaning protocols and revised standard operating procedures have been implemented to allow for social distancing
- We are actively monitoring federal, state and provincial guidelines for employees
