Recent news of the COVID-19 virus spreading around the world is causing many challenges in North America and internationally. We want to assure you that during these extraordinary times, your teams in Canada and the U.S. will continue to provide the level of customer service and quality assurance you have come to expect from Farrow.
To ensure business continuity during this time, we are implementing and refining measures to allow us to transfer work between offices, in the event of local health related closures. Operations are continuing across our warehouses, with increased safety and cleanings practices implemented. Farrow is reviewing its hardware and software and planning is underway to allow employees to work from home without any disruption in service, should the need arise.
Farrow will continue to actively monitor events in both North America, and worldwide with respect to this outbreak and its impact on various industries.
